   Hello,
   Most hosts that you pay for do not require you to use a template.
   You could use an FTP software. The tutorial below should help you with using Filezilla FTP program.
   Link to download: http://filezilla-project.org/ and click on download Filezilla client.
   Filezilla Setup article: http://www.w3hub.org/doc/filezilla/
   After you login to the FTP client filezilla using
   1. Your IP address (X.X.X.X)
   2. Your FTP login
   3. Your FTP password
   You should be able to see the pages on your site. You can then drag and drop files to your server to upload or download them.

   You don’t need to go for sitebuilder, it is optional.
   Pros and cons:
   With sitebuilder you save the expense of web designer fees and can make changes whenever you want.
   However, since it is not custom made site, you may find similar looking sites elsewhere.

   My suggestion (optional):
   Unless you’re looking for a fancy pants site, go for a hosting account that supports MySQL and fantastico and install wordpress. They have some great plugins and are very SEO friendly.

   If your not satisfied with the answers you’ve got so far then I’ll say that HostGator is the best. Go to http://associatestv.com and their are the reasons plain and clear why it is hands down the best. You can also put unlimited domains on it. And best of all the first month only costs a penny so if you don’t like it you can just quit it after your first month. They have thousands of free templates also. Go check it out.

   I know that you found a template, but honestly I dont think its the best route to take. I used to have a template and realized that there is no juggle room for change. I found Heritage Web Solutions and they provided me with a customized site that I wanted. They also host my site at such a low cost. Great company. I recommend them.

   the site-builder on the hosting site is an option not a requirement. When you host the site you’ll upload the flash site using http://FTP.
