Can someone recommend a free (absolutely free) website hosting service? It’s been sometime since I’ve made my own website (back when geocities was good). Would like to set up a simple web page for my neighbor’s business that he can easily edit once I get it set up.

I’m trying to select a web hosting option and I like Yahoo (for its simplicity and decent price). But I can’t find an example or anything in their help about placing advertising on the site. I assume the answer is yes, but wanted to double-check.
