Lets say Ive already finished designing a site on DreamWeaver, how do I release it into the hosting server (in this case, hostmonster)?

My web hosting plan says it supports 5 add-on domains, this means I can host 5 additional websites?

I’ll have about 500 websites hosting on a server in the office, is fibre optic my only choice for the connection?
Is a co-location plans provided by those data centres a better choice?

There are a ton of web hosting sites, but where do they get the websites, that they sell, from?

i know a lot of the proxy sites but my school computers block the proxy sites. also i know how to go into tools and internet options but they have that locked. help!!! please and thanks!
