My tax dollars pay for you to get your education so I do ot want you on myspace. I want you to read books, learn math skills and be able to support yourself as an adult. Not chat with strangers and end up dead in a dumpster.
So that is why the School will not let you get into myspace at school.

It is a firewall and there is no way around it.
You won’t be able to, your school likely has an active firewall up blocking such sites.
The reason myspace is blocked is that the school does not want you using school resources to access myspace.
When sites are found that allow you to proxy and view myspace, the school district will block THOSE sites, too.
The idea is, you don’t do myspace during school. You do it at home on your time.
If your school has blocked specific websites such as myspace then you won’t be able to use them at school. Many schools block social or entertainment websites since the school computers and internet at school is for educational uses only. If you try to hack the system and get caught (which would be fairly easy if they monitor usage, which they probably do if they’re also blocking sites) you may lose internet privileges. It all depends on your schools policies, read up. You probably had to sign a usage agreement before you used the computers the first time.

controversy yeah right well what u can do is find out the admin. code then change the blocked sites and voila … or if u are smart then hack the schools mainframe
all computers in the school system have master control firewall setups that do not allow students to enter into some areas of the Internet. This includes (usually) places such as My Space.com. You will not be able to access this web because of the security in place on the school computers for students protection. You should be concentrating on your education and not some crappy web site anyway. I do not pay taxes for you to attend school so you can play on the Internet!!! Do that on your own computer on your own time, not with my money!!!!!
